You will work in a fast\-paced environment alongside experienced security professionals, supporting multiple client environments and learning how modern Security Operations Centers (SOCs) operate. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and investigate security alerts from SIEM platforms. * Analyze and respond to security incidents following established procedures. * Manage and update tickets using ticket management systems. * Work with Microsoft Azure and cloud\-based security technologies. * Investigate and respond to email security incidents using: * Proofpoint * PhishER * Microsoft Defender * Assist with endpoint detection and response using CrowdStrike. * Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) activities using Varonis. * Contribute to security automation workflows using Cortex XSOAR. * Create and maintain clear technical documentation in English. * Collaborate with team members to improve security operations and processes. Required Qualifications * **Fluent English is mandatory—both written and spoken.** * **This role requires professional communication in English every day. Applicants must be able to read, write, document, and communicate confidently in English.** * Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts. * Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and computer networking. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to learn new technologies and security tools quickly. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment where priorities can change. * Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. * Able to work on\-site in Medellín.
