Focus on project viability, profitability, and proper execution We are looking for a Commercial Engineer – HVAC Sector At Inthegra Consultores, we are currently searching for a Commercial Engineer for one of our clients, an HVAC-sector company requiring a technical-commercial profile with strong analytical capability and a results-oriented approach. This role will be critical in structuring technical-economic proposals, managing commercial processes, and supporting the full business cycle, ensuring project viability, profitability, and proper execution in coordination with technical and operational departments. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and structure technical and commercial proposals Analyze costs, budgets, and unit price analyses (APU) Manage tender processes and commercial follow-up Conduct technical visits and gather client information Support negotiations and project closing Serve as liaison among commercial, technical, and operational departments Lead work teams associated with the commercial process Required Profile: Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields) Minimum 2 years of experience leading work teams Knowledge of HVAC systems and blueprint reading Analytical ability, organization, and customer orientation Negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills Conditions: Indefinite-term contract Working hours: Monday to Friday Salary: $4.500.000 COP Workplace: On-site employment
