Join our team as a **Workshop Supervisor**. **Your mission** will be to supervise and monitor all technical service activities at the Girardota workshop facility, ensuring responsible, timely, and satisfactory delivery. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Supervise workshop operations at both operational and administrative levels * Manage and monitor technical team operations in the workshop; assign tasks and track operational KPIs * Handle administrative management of personnel and workshop requirements * Maintain consistent communication with the customer * Direct contact with internal EPIROC teams * Ensure operational quality levels comply with EPIROC standards and local regulations * Responsible for continuously training the team under supervision to ensure their development **Our ideal candidate** * Completed university degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or related fields; CONTE certification is desirable. * Valid driver’s license * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing technical teams * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical maintenance areas for underground or surface mining equipment * Minimum 2 years’ experience maintaining EPIROC equipment * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment maintenance * Strong communication, team leadership, and process management skills **Location and working hours:** Girardota, Monday to Friday, 08:00\-17:00 hrs.
