Location: La Estrella Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Rotating shifts (Saturdays until 2:00 p.m., depending on operations) Personnel under supervision: Yes Contract: Indefinite-term direct contract with the company Salary: $6,000,000 to $6,500,000 + statutory benefits Profile We Are Seeking Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years in operations planning or logistics coordination. Experience leading operational teams and managing transportation, inventory, and distribution processes. Knowledge and Skills Proficiency in methods and time studies, TMS (Transportation Management System), layout design, expense management, inventory control, and outsourced processes. Advanced analytical tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, and AI tools. Management of productivity indicators and service-level metrics. Commercial skills and supplier relationship management. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Plan and balance operational capacity. Coordinate execution of processes to ensure productivity and service-level compliance. Monitor and analyze performance indicators, implementing corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimization. Ensure inventory reliability and security.
