Requirements Technical or technological degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in operating or maintaining industrial machinery. Availability to work rotating shifts according to production needs. Preferably reside in La Estrella or municipalities in the southern part of the Aburrá Valley. Professional appearance and commitment to safety standards. Responsibilities Perform setup, operation, and basic maintenance of industrial machinery. Control product quality during production and for finished products. Record information in production worksheets and process control systems. Carry out equipment cleaning and disinfection tasks according to procedures. Support team leadership on the production line. Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE.
