We are seeking a lawyer focused on Labor Law and Social Security, whose main objective will be to deliver timely, strategic, and specialized legal advisory and representation to the firm’s clients, adopting a preventive, resolution-oriented, and enterprise legal risk mitigation approach. Responsibilities: • Address and respond to clients’ legal requests within contractually defined timeframes. • Issue clear, well-reasoned, and actionable legal opinions to support business decision-making. • Draft and review contracts, agreements, regulations, policies, and other legal instruments required by clients. • Conduct regulatory and jurisprudential monitoring affecting clients’ operations and issue legal alerts when necessary. • Provide support during technical meetings, committees, and legal training sessions for assigned clients. • Properly document all actions and responses issued, ensuring traceability, evidentiary support, and up-to-date maintenance of the client’s legal file. • Identify legal improvement opportunities in clients’ processes and propose preventive or corrective value-added actions. • Support legal audit processes when required. • Meet the service, quality, and satisfaction indicators defined by the company. • Assist the firm’s clients in disciplinary proceedings, contract terminations, and other extrajudicial procedures involving their employees. Requirements: • Education: Law degree with valid professional license. • Experience: minimum one (1) year in legal consulting specializing in individual labor law, social security, and labor disciplinary proceedings. • Specific knowledge: Law 50/1990, Law 100/1993, Law 2466/2025, Law 1010/2006, Law 2365/2024, collective bargaining agreements, negotiation with unionized workers, Substantive Labor Code, labor relations – applicable regulations governing disciplinary proceedings and the right to due process. • Excellent legal writing and synthesis skills. • Critical thinking: not only executing tasks but also questioning, proposing, and anticipating risks. • Strong client orientation: ability to explain complex matters clearly and usefully. • Organizational skills and rigor in managing deadlines and details. • Proactivity and autonomy. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 1 year of experience Keywords: lawyer, letrado, jurista, legalista, abogado
