A textile and garment manufacturing company seeks talent for the Logistics Assistant position, requiring twenty-four (24) months of experience in logistics processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations, contributing organizational skills, operational tracking, and control to dispatch and storage processes. · Academic Qualifications: Technical or technological degree in Logistics or related fields, with equivalent experience of twenty-four (24) months in logistics-related areas. · Job Mission: Support and oversee the organization’s logistics operations through inventory management, shipment supervision, document control, and order tracking, ensuring proper workflow in warehouse and distribution processes. · Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing delivery notes and electronic invoicing. - Enter materials into the system by process. - Supervise and verify finished products prior to shipment. - Control inventories and maintain the Kardex updated using the logistics application. - Support order and request tracking for internal and external customers. · Knowledge: - Production processes such as picking and packing. - Inventory management. - Proficiency in office software. - Google Drive tools. · Additional Knowledge: - Inventory management. - Office software proficiency. - Google Drive tools proficiency. - Knowledge of production processes such as picking and packing. - Office automation knowledge. · Professional Competencies: Leadership, organization, analytical thinking, commitment, working under pressure, conflict resolution, and assertive communication. · Salary: $2,480,000 + transportation allowance + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract directly with the organization. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
