We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with two (2) years of experience, preferably in the automotive sector, who wishes to contribute their talent and support the development, control, and execution of projects within the organization. Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Job mission: To plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution, ensuring compliance with organizational quality, safety, and productivity standards. Main responsibilities: Be accountable for the performance of supervised personnel. Design and propose tools for process monitoring, evaluation, and control. Issue reports, consolidate data, and structure follow-up documentation. Administer and manage project documentation across all stages. Ensure compliance with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental management standards. Required knowledge: Intermediate Excel. Intermediate Word. Automotive sector. Professional competencies: Teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Working conditions: Salary: COP $3,000,000 to $3,200,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract.
