Job Summary: A professional to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models, structure repositories, deploy and monitor models, and manage infrastructure—supporting the AI team and mentoring junior profiles. Support and mentoring for junior profiles in the AI team A leading technology company requires the following for its team: Job Responsibilities - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models - Structure repositories and version control (code, data, and models) - Deploy models into production environments - Monitor performance (drift, metrics, stability) - Manage infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud) - Support the experimentation lifecycle alongside the AI team - Mentor and guide junior profiles Personal, academic, and technical profile: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Data Science, Electronics, or related fields Required experience (duration, positions, or areas): 3–5 years of experience in similar roles Salary and benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Location: Medellín Gender: Not specified Contract type: Permanent contract with renewal possibility Other special job requirements (e.g., English, office tools, etc.): MLOps (MLflow, DVC, CI/CD) Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Python and ML libraries Advanced version control with Git (Hybrid work mode) Salary: $4,363,500 + Food allowance: $636,500 + Benefits . -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional degree 4 years of experience Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
