Job Description We are seeking a Backend Developer specialized in Dynamics 365 with experience in the Finance & Operations module to participate in technology projects within a dynamic and international environment. The selected candidate will work on developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365–based solutions, collaborating with technical and business teams to implement efficient solutions that meet client needs. Experience in projects related to rental or leasing companies will be especially valued. Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations–based solutions. Participate in technical and functional analysis of project requirements. Design and develop backend components using Microsoft ecosystem technologies. Manage databases and optimize queries in Microsoft SQL Server. Implement solutions and integrations on Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and efficiency of implemented solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of applications and technological processes. Document developments and participate in technical reviews within the team. Your Profile 4–6 years of experience as a backend developer or in similar roles. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Solid knowledge of .NET and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience working with Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript. Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate will be considered an advantage. Experience in projects related to rental or leasing companies will be considered a plus. Strong analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, and good communication skills. Experience working in collaborative environments and agile methodologies.
