We have designed a 2-year projected growth path where your learning curve will be deep, real, and accelerated: Stage 1 \- Intern: Your first 6 months of immersion. Stage 2 \- Trainee: Up to 12 months consolidating your potential. Stage 3 \- Junior Analyst: 1 year taking on new challenges. What are we looking for? * Engineering students (Systems, Software, IT or related fields) passionate about technology and innovation. * English proficiency: Minimum B1 (B2 ideal). * Location: Medellín and Aburrá Valley (and nearby areas). * University authorization: Must have official university approval to begin professional practice under a Practice Agreement / Training Affiliation Agreement.
