**We are looking for a systems or IT analyst with at least two years of experience, who will perform the following duties:** \- Administration of LAN, WAN networks and virtualization on HYPERVISOR and PROMOX \- Manage and administer company servers (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and applications). \- Implement, manage, and administer server and workstation patches and security \- Coordinate and execute software and hardware upgrades according to company needs \- Manage, administer, evaluate, and maintain corporate information systems and databases (PHP, Jquery, Ajax, html, mysql, ICG Manager databases, ERP Ofimática, customer databases, lubrication center databases, among others). \- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, structured cabling, network points, switches, and other network devices \- Perform equipment assembly, diagnosis, and repair, including hardware, computers, printers, mobile lines, and security cameras \- Install, manage, and maintain closed-circuit television systems \- Administer network services based on Linux servers, Truenas, and backups \- Administration of Cpanel (emails, domains, sub\-domains, website hosting) \- Perform, manage, and ensure backup security, server and virtual machine backups, as well as all workstations. \- Administration and management of Wifi connection policies \- Administration and management of Sophos UTM firewall security policies \- Manage and resolve incidents related to ICG \& Front\-Retail and Ofimática billing software \- Manage and administer hardware and software vendor licenses and warranties \- Manage and request authorization for the sale of decommissioned equipment \- Coordinate and manage the company's information security and cybersecurity strategy (antivirus \& UTM security policies) **\- Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, indefinite-term contract.\-** Job type: Full-time
