Opportunities for personal and professional growth in a positive work environment. **General Description and Responsibilities** We are seeking an Operations Validation Assistant responsible for executing actions and various strategies aimed at blocking any fraudulent or suspicious establishment violating regulations set forth by relevant supervisory authorities, thereby ensuring reasonable assurance regarding the organization’s internal controls and the extent to which its objectives are met. We are a young, enthusiastic, friendly, and highly motivated team eager to grow together. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Office productivity tools * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Pivot tables **Education:** Technical or technological degree in administrative or legal fields **Experience:** Two (2) years in customer service centers (SAC), call centers, or auditing **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for validating transactions, merchants, and/or transactions on the payment gateway, ensuring regulatory compliance (PCI, SARLAFT) and response time requirements. * Coordinates welcome calls and emails, handles audit tickets and requests, and maintains clear communication with merchants and internal teams. * Monitors documentation, digital presence, and credit bureau inquiries to detect inconsistencies or risks. * Reports suspicious findings to the compliance unit and ensures proper handling within internal platforms. * Participates in feedback meetings, promotes team training, and contributes to continuous service improvement. **Salary:** $1\.941\.000 per month \+ $200\.000 performance bonus **City:** Medellín **Benefits:** * Work modality: Hybrid (Medellín) * Additional vacation days. * Days off on special dates. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth. * **Some benefits are subject to terms and conditions.**
