We seek a candidate with an excellent service attitude, strong customer orientation, effective communication skills, and a genuine dedication to service—someone who consistently delivers warm, respectful, and timely treatment to our patients. **Requirements** * Academic background: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in administrative fields, customer service, health, or related disciplines. * Prior experience in customer service and face-to-face interaction. * Preferably experience in the healthcare sector, clinics, medical offices, or institutions providing direct user service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Service and customer orientation. * Ability to handle cash, operate a cash register, and manage various payment methods. * Positive attitude, empathy, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Conditions** * Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) plus statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Direct employment with the company. * Weekly working hours: 42, Monday through Saturday. * Rotating shifts according to the operational needs of the location.
