Proficiency in geotechnical software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret technical information and solve problems effectively. Demonstrated teamwork, organization, goal achievement, and learning orientation, delivering technical precision and essential support in specialized area processes. **Responsibilities:** * Support geotechnical analysis by processing and interpreting field and laboratory data. * Perform geotechnical modeling and calculations using specialized software. * Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, calculation memos, and area-related documents. * Accompany field activities as required (inspections, monitoring, data collection). * Organize, systematize, and support the management of the team’s technical information. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support schedule and objective achievement. * Stay current with geotechnical regulations, methodologies, and tools. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote), to be agreed upon with management based on responsibilities. * Annual performance evaluations. * Two employee climate surveys per year. * Opportunity to join a multinational company with high-quality standards and growth potential. * Possibility to participate in multidisciplinary projects at national, regional, and global levels. * Eligibility for our Own It program, enabling you to acquire WSP Global shares via monthly payroll deductions, with an additional 50% company contribution (subject to a defined maximum amount).
