Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE professional to support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and improvement of HSE performance in the workplace, collaborating with internal and external customers. Key Highlights: 1. Support incident investigation and root cause analysis 2. Work to improve HSE with internal and external customers 3. Promote injury/illness reduction and manage emergencies **Key Responsibilities:** * Support incident investigation activities, root cause analysis, identification of corrective actions, and closure. * Work closely with leaders to measure and communicate HSE performance. * Monitor trends and promote injury/illness reduction. * Manage the region’s emergency condition management and containment actions. Participate in customer reviews and audits. * Work closely with internal and external customers to improve HSE in the workplace. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Hygiene, Engineering, or other Science-related fields * HSE experience in a field service environment * Supervisory experience * Foreign language proficiency (specifically English – Portuguese is desirable) * \+5 years of HSE experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Multinational experience in people supervision * Experience in oil & gas / chemical / food & beverage / pulp & paper industries * Ability to communicate and influence decision-making across multiple organizational levels * Mature judgment and decision-making capability with strategic and tactical HSE experience * Ability to work with direct reports and teams to achieve organizational objectives * Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills * Knowledge and experience in managing global aspects of HSE and Sustainability Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
