Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines. **Location:** Bogota, Cundinamarca, Colombia **Job ID:** R0128004 **Date Posted:** 2026\-05\-04 **Company Name:** Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. **Profession (Job Category):** Legal, Compliance \& Audit **Job Schedule:** Full time **Remote:** No **Job Description:** **The Opportunity** Ensure the establishment, management, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), as well as the ongoing updating of applicable legislation, and manage with the CONTRACTOR’s management the necessary spaces and resources (human, material, technological, financial) for occupational risk prevention, in accordance with contractual requirements and current regulations. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Collaborate with THE CLIENT to design and implement strategies and programs aimed at preventing occupational accidents. * Lead and monitor the formation and participation of the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST) within the CONTRACTOR’s organization, aligned with identified needs and compliance with current regulations. * The OSH professional must dedicate 100% of their time to the project covered by this proposal. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Your Profile** * Degree in Engineering Sciences, Occupational Health, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety and Health (Occupational Health), if the undergraduate degree is not in OSH. * Valid license to provide Occupational Safety and Health (Occupational Health) services, in accordance with current legislation. * ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor Certificate. * Certified training in safe work at heights (80-hour certified course) \* * Minimum general experience of five (5\) years in Occupational Safety and Health, and minimum specific experience of three (3\) years in coordination roles (OSHMS management and implementation, strategic-level coordination—not supervision) within industrial sectors involving high-risk tasks, preferably in the electrical sector. (NOT as a consultant) * Professionals other than those defined in item 1, but with the same specialization, must demonstrate a minimum of five (5\) years of specific experience in coordination roles in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHMS management and implementation, strategic-level coordination—not supervision) within industrial sectors involving high-risk tasks, preferably in the electrical sector.
