Positive work environment **Vacancy: Human Resources Director** **Company:** Inmecolsa S.A.S. **Sector:** Manufacturing of stainless steel tanks At Inmecolsa S.A.S., a leading company in the metal-mechanical sector, we are seeking a **Human Resources Director**, who will lead comprehensive human talent management, ensuring legal compliance, organizational development, and strengthening of corporate culture. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. **Salary** To be agreed upon **Job Objective** Plan, direct, and control human talent management processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations, staff development, and proper functioning of associated administrative processes, thereby contributing to achievement of organizational objectives and ensuring compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST). **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and control human talent management processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Design, implement, and update human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, and separation processes. * Administer payroll, social benefits, social security, and statutory contributions. * Lead performance management, training, capacity building, and staff development. * Ensure accurate development and updating of job descriptions, functional manuals, and competency frameworks. * Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) as it relates to human talent. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations, absenteeism control, and follow-up on medical restrictions. * Manage labor relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. * Support senior management in strategic human talent planning. * Ensure proper administration, custody, and confidentiality of employment-related information. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to human resource management and legal compliance. * Promote organizational climate, employee well-being, and positive workplace coexistence. * Support the procurement department by requesting quotations and entering administrative documents when required. * Comply with and enforce policies of the Integrated Management System, Code of Ethics, and Internal Regulations. * Carry out other duties assigned by General Management. **Requirements** * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2–4 years’ experience leading human resource management processes. * Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation. * Experience in payroll, disciplinary processes, recruitment, and training. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Leadership, organizational, and assertive communication skills. * Proficiency in World Office **We Offer** * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment Workplace: On-site employment
