We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to deliver on-site and remote technical support to our internal users, ensuring the correct operation of the company's equipment, systems, and basic networks. What will be your purpose? Provide timely and effective first- and second-level technical incident and request support, ensuring operational continuity and an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities: On-site and remote technical support to users. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, hardware, and software. Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. Basic support for LAN/WiFi networks and connectivity. Ticket and incident logging and tracking. Assistance with technology asset inventory and control. Profile We Are Seeking: Technical, technological, or professional degree in Systems, IT, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in on-site technical support or help desk environments. Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, basic networking, and office productivity tools.
