Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Copilot Studio and Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent agents that automate processes and integrate with corporate systems using generative AI. Integration with Power Platform and Azure AI WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR COPILOT STUDIO AND POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER! • Are you passionate about building enterprise intelligent agents that automate processes, converse with users, and integrate with corporate systems using generative AI? • • Role objective: Design, develop, and implement agent use cases primarily in Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrated with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and optionally Azure AI services, with full-time dedication. Profile Requirements • Academic background: Technical, technological, or university degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. • Experience: Senior profile with specialized experience in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent agents in Copilot Studio integrated with Power Platform (100% dedication). • Essential skills: Microsoft Copilot Studio (agent creation), topic design, instructions, prompts, and agent behavior definition; use of generative answers; configuration of knowledge sources (SharePoint, websites, Dataverse, APIs, etc.); handling of variables, contexts, and integration with Power Automate actions; adaptive dialogs; Power Automate (cloud flows, child flows, integration flows) and agent–flow integration to execute business processes; Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Dataverse (integration with APIs and external systems); integrations with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, SQL/Dataverse, and SharePoint; application of Power Platform ALM best practices, security/access control, environment management, and agent monitoring; implementation of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) when required • Optional or flexible skills: Use of Azure AI services • Recommended certifications (not mandatory): PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, PL-900 Main Responsibilities • Design and develop conversational agents in Copilot Studio (topics, prompts, behavior, and orchestration of sub-agents) • Configure and manage knowledge sources (SharePoint, web, Dataverse, APIs) and implement RAG where applicable • Build complex flows in Power Automate (cloud/child/integration flows) and integrate them with agents to execute business processes • Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps for user interaction (forms, dashboards, and user experience), integrated with Dataverse and external systems • Design and implement integrations (REST, Graph, Azure Functions, SQL/Dataverse, SharePoint) applying ALM best practices, security, environment management, and monitoring • Employment Conditions • Location: Hybrid • Contract type: Payroll • Working hours: Monday to Friday • Salary: To be agreed upon . -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 3 years of experience Keywords: senior, sr, developer, programmer
