Your Responsibilities: - Train agents in health campaigns and ensure they have all the tools necessary to deliver high-quality service. - Design and implement clear, effective training materials. - Support teams in measuring KPIs, NPS, and CSAT. - Participate in continuous process improvement and action plans. - Manage customer and patient case follow-up to ensure an excellent experience. What We Are Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a call center trainer Experience in contact centers / BPOs, including group training and performance management. Effective communication, leadership, and skills to work with KPIs. Availability to work in Bogotá. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM Salary: $1,996,900 + transportation allowance 249,095 + fixed non-statutory bonus $300,000 + all statutory benefits Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract, with job stability and growth assured.
