A consulting firm is establishing a network of architects to participate in evaluation and analysis projects of commercial experiences within the construction sector. We are seeking professionals with experience in material specification, renovations, building maintenance, construction supervision, or technical support for construction projects. Requirements: * Licensed architect. * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, renovation, or maintenance projects. * General knowledge of materials for roofs, façades, waterproofing, and finishes. * Availability to conduct scheduled on-site visits. * Observational, analytical, and reporting skills. Preferred experience includes: * Residential or commercial renovations. * Construction project management or supervision. * Specification of construction materials. * Building maintenance and conservation.
