A major cooperative of workers and retirees is seeking a Chief Financial Officer – Alternate Legal Representative. **Purpose of the Position** Design, lead, and implement the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring efficient use of resources, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and appropriate risk management. Additionally, assume the duties of Alternate Legal Representative as required. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead financial, budgetary, and treasury planning. * Analyze and present financial statements and performance indicators. * Manage investments, cash flow, and financial surpluses. * Supervise accounting, financial, and operational processes under responsibility. * Ensure compliance with legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements. * Support strategic management and relations with supervisory authorities. * Coordinate and lead the finance team. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in finance, economics, administration, or accounting. **Experience:** * **Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Financial Officer or in similar executive roles.** * **Minimum 5 years’ experience in activities related to the organization’s social purpose.** * Experience leading teams and making strategic decisions. * Experience in regulatory compliance and engagement with supervisory authorities (solidarity sector experience preferred). **Key Knowledge Areas:** * IFRS * Financial analysis and investment management * Budgeting and cost management * Advanced Excel * Risk management **Competencies:** * Leadership * Results orientation * High level of responsibility and reliability * Analytical ability and decision-making skills * Planning, organization, and negotiation **Conditions:** **On-site work in Bogotá D.C.** **Contract:** Fixed-term (1 year) **Salary:** COP $8,623,445, plus statutory benefits and additional cooperative benefits. **Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.); Wednesday (7:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.)** Position Type: Full-time
