Minimum 6 months of experience in food preparation is required, preferably in food courts located in shopping malls. Knowledge required includes food prepping, preparation of fast food and beverages, operation of fryers, griddles, and sandwich makers, as well as product rotation and labeling, inventory control, and proper handling of supplies and portioning.
