Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives **Location:** Bogotá Maersk Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a SENA Apprentice to support the Audit department in activities related to billing, information reconciliation, data analysis, and performance indicator tracking. This position offers the opportunity to develop analytical and operational skills within a global environment. **Role Purpose** --------------------- The apprentice will support billing audit, accounts receivable, and information analysis processes, contributing to data quality, identification of inconsistencies, and continuous improvement of the department. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Validate and audit invoices according to established procedures. * Track pending invoices for transmission, approval, or payment. * Reconcile information among Statements of Account (SOA), invoices, and internal reports. * Update trackers and team control tools. * Prepare operational reports and basic Excel-based analyses. * Identify information inconsistencies and escalate findings promptly. * Support tracking of provisions, disputes, and pending cases. * Participate in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives. * Maintain updated databases and departmental documentation. * Provide support in preparing management presentations and KPIs. * Collaborate with internal teams to obtain and validate information. * Comply with organizational quality, compliance, and control standards. **Requirements** -------------- * SENA student eligible for productive stage. * Accepted programs: Administrative Management, Business Management, Logistics Management, Administrative Assistance, Accounting and Finance, Information Processing, International Negotiation, Document Management, or Analysis and Software Development. * No prior work experience required. * Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, filters, pivot tables preferred). * Interest in data analysis and process improvement. * Ability to work with detailed information and high-volume data sets. **Competencies** ---------------- * Customer orientation * Effective communication * Teamwork * Organization and time management * Adaptability and continuous learning * Attention to detail \#LI\-EM1 \#RPO Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
