Profile: Conditioning Assistant (Male) Location: Intexona Plant – Operational Zone Contract: Project-based or service contract (with performance-based extension potential) Remuneration: $1,750,905 + statutory benefits + $180,000 transportation allowance Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Half-day Saturdays | Availability for Sundays, holidays, and overtime as per operational demand What Are We Looking For? Completed high school education Minimum 6 months’ experience in conditioning, industrial production, or similar operational processes Ability to perform moderate physical work, attention to detail, and strict adherence to procedures Positive attitude, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to work flexible hours Compliance with industrial safety regulations and workplace order Your Day-to-Day Mission: Execute product conditioning processes with precision, efficiency, and adherence to standards Inspect, classify, pack, and organize materials according to technical specifications Operate basic production equipment and report anomalies or deviations to the supervisor Maintain a clean, orderly workspace in compliance with industrial safety and hygiene protocols Meet daily production targets and support line-required operational activities Why Join Intexona?
