At Open English, the global leader in online education with a presence in over 30 countries, we are looking for SDRs with a commercial mindset, results orientation, and ambition to grow in the B2B world. What will be your mission? You will be the initial driver of the sales process, responsible for generating business opportunities and scheduling high-value meetings for the corporate sales team. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Prospect companies in Latin America (cold outreach). Contact decision-makers (managers, directors, etc.). Schedule effective sales meetings. Follow up on leads and opportunities. Record activities in the CRM (Salesforce). Execute multichannel strategies: calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. Support the sales team in growing B2B accounts. What are we looking for in you? Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or prospecting (call center, SDR, BDR, etc.). Experience in cold calling (B2B preferred). Excellent communication skills and objection handling. Strong results orientation. Organization, discipline, and resilience. Basic proficiency with digital tools (CRM experience is a plus). Bonus points if you have: B2B sales experience. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs. Technical or technological training in commercial fields. What we offer Be part of a global company.
