Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented systems apprentice to support technological and administrative processes, providing technical support, equipment installation, inventory management, and maintenance. Management of records and information for the systems department At Cafam, we continue growing—and we want you on board. · We are looking for a Systems Apprentice to begin their practical training phase and support the organization's technological processes. · What will your responsibilities be? - Provide support in addressing collaborators' technological requests. - Assist with the installation and basic configuration of computing equipment. - Conduct inventory and control of technological equipment. - Support basic preventive and corrective maintenance activities. - Manage and update departmental records and information. - Provide support for administrative tasks related to technology and systems. · Candidate Profile: Currently enrolled student in a technical or technological Systems program, eligible to begin practical training under an apprenticeship contract. · Skills: Proactivity, service orientation, teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in office software. · Internship Conditions: Apprenticeship contract with remuneration equal to 100% of the legal minimum monthly wage (SMMLV), transportation allowance, and enrollment in EPS and ARL health and occupational risk insurance programs.
