Job Summary: Commercial advisor for a financial institution, focused on consultative sales of credit cards and achievement of commercial targets. Key Highlights: 1. A financial institution requires a Commercial Advisor / Credit Cards for its team. Responsibilities Conduct commercial outreach with emphasis on corporate greeting, consultative and transparent sales as stipulated in commercial scripts, correctly complete logs and minutes in accordance with processes and protocols, ensure security and/or custody of cards, documentation, work tools, and users of various applications per established protocols. Know all products and services in the commercial portfolio, including the commercial features of each. Provide objective advisory to customers; meet monthly the assigned budget for commercial indicators set by the bank in its periodic or fixed campaigns, achieve the assigned commercial target for the product portfolio. Academic Qualification: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in administrative or commercial fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months selling intangible products, cold outreach at point-of-sale, door-to-door, etc.; proficiency in office software; attention to detail; effective sales closing; knowledge of KPI measurement indicators; familiarity with office tools and basic computer operation; commercial attitude; commitment; and motivation to grow. Salary: $1,750,905 COP + transportation allowance $249,095 COP + statutory benefits + commissions + welfare benefits based on performance. Training after contract signing. Commissions (100% welfare-based). Career development plan.
