Opportunity to propose improvements and optimize the customer experience Customer Enablement Analyst (Customer Care & User Experience) Bogotá | Hybrid work model POSITION PURPOSE We are looking for a Customer Enablement Analyst responsible for managing the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring their proper activation, training, and service adoption, while providing constant support to guarantee a positive experience from the start. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accompany customers through their onboarding process upon product acquisition Monitor customer progress at each stage of the process Execute training processes (e-learning or virtual sessions) Provide support and resolve operational and functional questions Record and document activities in internal platforms Prepare tracking and compliance reports Identify opportunities for process improvement Propose actions that optimize the customer experience ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Professional or technologist degree in: Business Administration Industrial Engineering Communications Systems or related fields EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years in: Customer onboarding User training or education Functional support Customer experience Digital environment support KEY KNOWLEDGE Proficiency in e-learning platforms Customer management and tracking Report preparation Digital tools SKILLS Excellent communication and ability to provide clear instructions Customer orientation Problem solving Organization and follow-up Focus on continuous improvement WORKING CONDITIONS Salary: $2,630,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Work model: Hybrid Food allowance: $194,200 (Pluxee bonus) Connectivity allowance: $115,300 Why apply?
