Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized International Trade Assistant to manage the inbound and outbound movement of goods, inspections, and documentary verification. Key Highlights: 1. We require an International Trade Assistant who is proactive, quick to learn, detail-oriented, and well-organized—experience is preferred but not mandatory. Academic Requirements: Technical, technological, professional degree, or currently enrolled student in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. Main Responsibilities: Register inbound and outbound goods in the inventory control system. Submit arrival notifications for goods under customs transit (report inconsistencies if applicable). Assign and conduct 100% inspections on incoming goods accompanied by shipping manifests. Daily invoice generation for performed inspections in the inventory control system. Perform documentary verification of the Shipping Authorization Request (SAE). Digitize operational department files. And others.
