Job Summary: This position supervises warehouse operations, leads the operational team, ensures proper execution of picking, packing, and receiving, and guarantees compliance with safety standards. Guarantees order, cleanliness, and safety at the distribution center Warehouse Leader Location: San Diego Industrial Park · This position conducts floor-level supervision activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the operational team to ensure proper execution of picking, packing, and import receiving. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety conditions at the distribution center. Know, communicate, and enforce customer-specific instructions, procedures, and policies. Monitor and follow up on training for personnel under supervision. Prepare shift schedules. Other Tasks: Loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, sorting, and storing packages. Receiving returns, counting and confirming quantities, verifying accuracy of selected orders. Safely preparing and packaging products. Palatizing boxes, creating shipping labels, and managing tasks according to established procedures. Education and Experience: High school diploma or technical/vocational training 1 year of experience in logistics process supervision.
