Salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) + Non-salary food allowance of $189,000 per month Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract Schedule: Full-time · Main Responsibilities: · Support different stages of the production process: cutting, assembly, sanding, assembly, and finishing. · Prepare materials, tools, and supplies required for production. · Operate basic machinery and support equipment, complying with established safety protocols. · Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality of parts and components. · Assist in loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing materials within the plant. · Maintain order and cleanliness in work and storage areas. · Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with industrial safety standards. · Collaborate in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for dispatch. · Provide support across various production areas according to the plant’s operational needs. · Requirements: · High school diploma. Experience in operational, production, manufacturing, or related roles. Willingness to perform physical labor and work in teams.
