Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, results-oriented Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while facilitating communication among teams. Promotes communication and teamwork We require a highly organized, results-focused Project Coordinator with excellent communication skills for our team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality assurance, working cross-functionally with diverse teams. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise projects from initiation through closure. Coordinate activities, resources, and schedules. Monitor progress, risks, and project deviations. Prepare status reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure achievement of objectives, timelines, and budget. Facilitate communication among involved departments. Requirements: Civil Engineer with specialization in Project Management. Minimum five years of experience in project coordination or management roles. Experience in public procurement, civil infrastructure construction (vertical buildings), and roadworks. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and others. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to conduct technical site visits at local and national project locations. Valid personal vehicle required for transportation to project sites; additional compensation for mobility is provided. We Offer: Monthly salary ranging from COP 4,500,000 to COP 5,000,000. Monthly payment cycle, between the 30th and the 5th of each month.
