




Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment functionality, and documenting activities at service stations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance 2. Respond to customer corrective service calls 3. Ensure equipment functionality and cleanliness • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to the schedule and both technical and safety procedures. • Respond to customer corrective service calls within the appropriate timeframe. • Ensure that service stations (EDS) and equipment are functional, clean, and have up-to-date documentation. • Accurately report issues reported by EDS to the Call Center and the Specialist Technician. • Ensure that equipment under your responsibility operates correctly by performing safe and appropriate maintenance practices. • Respond to and report corrective requests from EDS—reported via the Call Center—in a safe, diligent, and timely manner. • Report executed activities using the TEP app or by calling the Call Center for registration. • Ensure all required seals and labels (e.g., safety valves and fuel dispensers) are properly installed. • Conduct scheduled inspections at service stations, measuring operational parameters and verifying equipment condition and efficiency. • Accurately complete monthly and semiannual reports for our records, in accordance with service station regulations. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education years of experience Languages: Spanish Knowledge: Trust management, Friendliness, Adaptability, People support, Service management Driver's Licenses: A2 Keywords: apprentice, internship, trainee
