Job Summary: A professional or technologist in systems engineering for technical support, equipment maintenance, information security, and technological infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and preventive/corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Information security and technological infrastructure management. 3. Equipment and supplies installation, assembly, and administration. Responsible for providing technical support and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment (computers, printers, servers, telephones, scanners, and peripherals). Must ensure information security through backup copies, manage and keep the computer equipment inventory up to date, manage users across various information systems, and guarantee the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure (networks, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, internet, and IP telephony). Additionally, responsible for equipment installation and assembly, printer and supply administration, organization of spare parts and tools within the systems area, and control of technological equipment loans to staff (laptops, projectors, and mobile phones). Also supports other technology-related activities. Required Profile Professional or technologist in systems engineering Minimum 2 years of experience Attention to detail; strong interpersonal communication skills for interaction with different departments. Ability to work collaboratively, with sound emotional management and a proactive approach. Organization and task prioritization.
