Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Resident to supervise and coordinate metal structure assembly projects, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the execution and supervision of assembly projects 2. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards 3. Monitor construction progress and coordinate personnel INALMOS SAS, located in MADRID - CUNDINAMARCA, is seeking a Construction Resident to support the execution and supervision of metal structure assembly projects. Required Profile Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering professional. Minimum 5 years of experience in metal structure assembly. Knowledge of construction supervision, personnel management, and field activity control. Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to meet schedule requirements. Requirements Preferably own motorcycle for travel between different project sites. Availability to relocate as required by the project. Proficiency in office software and technical report writing. Main Functions Supervise and coordinate on-site assembly activities. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor construction progress and report updates. Coordinate operational staff and contractors. Verify compliance with drawings and technical specifications. Working Conditions Contract type: To be determined.
