




Position Summary: Technical or technological professional to manage procurement of supplies, coordinate deliveries, control inventory, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure supply continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive procurement management of essential supplies 2. Strategic coordination of deliveries and inventory control 3. Price negotiation and updating of the supplier database Technical or Technological Professional Minimum 2 years of experience. Manage procurement of supplies such as flour, yeast, sugar, butter, margarines, eggs, essences, colorants, fillings, coatings, fruits, chocolates, and packaging; ensure timely supply according to daily production scheduling; coordinate frequent deliveries due to high turnover and short shelf life of certain products; control minimum and maximum inventory levels to prevent expiration or stockouts; negotiate prices, volume discounts, and payment terms; prepare purchase orders; monitor allocated budgets; update the supplier database.
