Bogota, Colombia \| Full time \| Home\-based \| R1539088 We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support data management processes, including coding and **data bridging**. This role is ideal for someone with basic digital tool skills, strong attention to detail, and motivation to work with information and data systems. You will be responsible for transforming, validating, and ensuring the quality of data so that it aligns with IQVIA’s reference systems. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Develop a basic understanding of technical processes related to **coding and data linking (bridging)** * Perform **coding and data mapping** processes following established guidelines * Convert physical-format supplier information into **electronic files** * Interpret written information and record it in internal coding systems * Ensure entered data aligns with **standard reference systems** * Execute **quality controls** to verify the accuracy of entered data * Support **data bridging** activities by comparing incoming data against IQVIA’s reference databases * Escalate non-routine or complex issues to more experienced team members **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school diploma or equivalent (required) * At least **1 year of work experience using Office tools** (Word and Excel) * Basic knowledge of administrative or technical processes * Ability to follow established procedures and complete routine tasks * High attention to detail and accuracy **Desirable** ------------ * Experience in **data entry, data validation, or back-office functions** * Basic knowledge of databases or information systems * Organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
