We are seeking a skilled **Salesforce Solution Architect** to support our client, a global leader in Privileged Access Management, in resolving a backlog of issues across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams working in the Eastern Time Zone to deliver high\-quality solutions. Join us to make an impact by ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient Salesforce operations. **Responsibilities** * Design scalable Salesforce architecture solutions across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds * Lead technical discussions and decision\-making processes * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify and resolve backlog issues * Develop and optimize configurations using Salesforce Developer Tools * Ensure seamless integration of Community Cloud features * Coordinate bug resolution activities with developers and QA teams * Maintain alignment of solutions with business goals and security standards * Review and validate technical deliverables for accuracy * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members * Communicate progress and technical issues to stakeholders * Work according to Eastern Time Zone schedules * Assist in prioritizing development tasks based on business impact **Requirements** * 3\+ years experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture * Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud * Professional background in Community Cloud integration * Solid knowledge of Salesforce Developer Tools * Strong leadership abilities in associate management roles * Experience in backlog management and prioritization * Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues * Excellent problem\-solving skills and critical thinking * Strong communication and collaboration abilities * Upper\-Intermediate English (B2\) proficiency for effective client interaction **Nice to have** * Experience with multilingual implementations in Salesforce * Background in privileged access management solutions * Knowledge of data security best practices * Familiarity with working in globally distributed teams
