This position is within Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business, through which we efficiently connect agricultural customers with food for people and animals, as well as with industry. **PURPOSE AND WORK IMPACT** ------------------------------------- The Trade Execution Analyst will ensure coordination of routine processes and tasks of low to moderate complexity. You will ensure compliance with national and foreign government regulations related to the international movement of goods and contracting thereof. In this role, you will focus on coordinating documentation, importation, and end-of-business-cycle data analysis processes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------------- * Prepare periodic reports related to commercial and contractual compliance, and assist with internal and external reporting and analysis. * Resolve issues, answer questions, and submit documents, contracts, and routine internal and external contacts related to cargo loading/unloading, insurance claims, contractual requirements, rejected products, product location and timing, and other questions/concerns. * Maintain and foster established relationships with small accounts, customers, suppliers, and other business partners (e.g., inspection companies, insurance companies, laboratories, agents, warehouses/trucking companies, buyers, and sellers). * Conduct standard analyses regarding risk exposure and process improvement, and may recommend next steps to more senior team members. * Handle basic and routine issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel. * Data analysis. **Qualifications** ------------------ ### **Minimum Qualifications** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar activities * Advanced English (written and spoken) * Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI software. * Advanced Excel proficiency At Cargill, every person matters and everyone counts.
