Job Opportunity: Quality Coordinator Are you passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and process excellence? Position Purpose Plan, coordinate, and implement the **Quality Management System**, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements. You will play a key role in product release, nonconformance analysis, and promoting a **quality culture** throughout the company. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and release in-process and finished products, ensuring conformity and excellence. * Issue quality certificates and manage technical documentation for each batch. * Respond to and analyze root causes of internal and external **nonconformities**. * Verify compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** at the plant. * Coordinate with production the handling of returns and reconditioning processes. * Monitor performance through statistical controls and report generation. * Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015\) and SG\-SST. * Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and organizational culture. Ideal Candidate Profile * **Education:** Technical or Technologist degree in Quality Control, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** 2 years in manufacturing, production, or quality assurance within industrial sector companies. * **Knowledge and Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and office software tools. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Effective communication and decision-making ability. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Ability to identify improvement opportunities and lead corrective actions.
