Please note that only resumes meeting the stated requirements and accompanied by the required supporting documents (updated resume, academic certificates, work experience certificates, and ID copy at 150%) will be considered.* *Requirements*: **Academic Qualification:** Professional degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Construction, Architectural Construction, Civil Construction, or related fields. **Postgraduate Degree:** Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Supervision, Business Administration, or Infrastructure Management. * Additionally, must hold a valid PMP certification issued by the PMI. * Proficiency in planning and control tools: MS Project and/or BIM methodology. * **General Experience:** Ten (10) years of experience counted from the date of issuance of the professional license. * **Specific Experience:** Six (6) years in at least one of the following positions: PROJECT MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS AND/OR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND/OR CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR AND/OR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR AND/OR CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT AND/OR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION RESIDENT, supported by certifications from contracts involving: AERONAUTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND/OR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS, HANGARS, WAREHOUSES, WORKSHOPS, AND SUPPORT AREAS, with a total intervened area exceeding 15,000 m2, corresponding to the estimated intervention area. At least one certification must verify an area equal to or greater than 5,000 m2; up to five (5) contract certifications may be submitted. Each certification considered must include, at minimum, the following activities: * Foundations * Reinforced concrete and/or steel structures. * Electrical installations. * Hydraulic installations. * Voice and data network installations. * Finishing activities (ceilings, flooring, painting, metal and/or wood carpentry). * Mechanical installations related to air conditioning systems. * Fire detection and suppression systems. **Job Objective:** To comprehensively lead and supervise the construction supervision contract and project works, ensuring compliance with technical, administrative, financial, legal, environmental, and social objectives.
