Capable of managing critical infrastructure while ensuring the stability and security of high-availability financial services. You will serve as the technical reference for hybrid architecture projects, protecting the integrity of vital platforms such as SAP and online banking systems within a challenging and cutting-edge environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Ensure continuity, stability, and security of the technological infrastructure across the four countries in the region. * Administer and comprehensively optimize the **VMware virtualization platform** and **Intel operating systems**. * Execute disaster recovery plans (DRP) to ensure organizational operational resilience. * Manage vulnerability remediation and patch application to maintain a secure and compliant environment. * Design technology architectures aligned with the evolution and scalability of financial services. * Validate technical solutions and manage relationships with strategic vendors and internal security and development teams. * Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with established service-level agreements (SLA). ### **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years managing VMware virtualization environments and server administration in mission-critical infrastructures, preferably within the financial sector or high-availability regional environments. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Expert-level proficiency in VMware vSphere and vCenter. * Advanced administration of Windows Server and Linux Server. * Information security management (antivirus, SIEM, FIM). * Implementation and management of disaster recovery plans (DRP). * Management of critical applications and ERP systems (SAP, transactional platforms). * Infrastructure monitoring and NOC metric management. * Architecture design in hybrid environments and complex integrations. ### **APPLY NOW and become part of this story!** **Conditions** --------------- * **Indefinite-term contract** — We aim for long-term relationships and want you to be part of our family for many years! * **Seeking professional growth?** At Sofka, we offer a **learning ecosystem** with multiple tools to bridge skill gaps and enhance your capabilities—you decide how you want to grow!
