Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Academic Resources Assistant to support resource scheduling and coordination, as well as computer equipment maintenance in an educational setting. Main Responsibilities: * Support scheduling of practical classrooms during academic periods. * Coordinate with faculties and university administrative staff regarding equipment, space, and accessory requirements necessary for academic development. * Establish control measures for access to and closure of computer labs. * Schedule and request preventive and corrective maintenance for assigned equipment. * Plan and monitor individual student use of computer labs. Requirements: * Computer equipment support and maintenance / customer service * Technical / technological degree in information systems * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. * Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
