Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT to support maintenance, adaptation, and cleaning of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support maintenance and adaptation of facilities 2. Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs 3. Maintain optimal conditions of order and cleanliness A company located on the Armenia–La Tebaida road is looking for an INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT: a committed, proactive individual willing to support maintenance and facility adaptation tasks. Required Profile Academic Background: High school diploma. Experience: Minimum 12 months in roles related to maintenance, infrastructure, or general services. Specific Knowledge Basic electrical and plumbing repairs. Painting and surface maintenance. White work (rough carpentry and masonry). Fieldwork experience. Use of machete. Main Responsibilities Maintain assigned areas in optimal condition regarding order, cleanliness, and hygiene. Carry out cleaning, disinfection, and organization of various spaces. Perform minor locative adaptations required for proper facility operation. Support general maintenance activities and basic infrastructure improvements. Contribute to the care and preservation of the organization's physical spaces. Working Conditions Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: COP $1,750,905 + transportation allowance. Schedule: To be agreed upon with the employer.
