Lead operational teams and monitor management indicators At QUICK, we are seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to lead and ensure the correct execution of goods receipt, sorting, and dispatch processes! Requirements: * Technical, technological, or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations, distribution, transportation, distribution centers, cross-docking, or last-mile delivery. * Experience leading operational teams. * Proficiency in Excel and management indicators. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate goods receipt, sorting, and dispatch. * Supervise operations and ensure service time compliance. * Lead operational teams and track productivity. * Monitor management indicators and manage operational incidents. * Ensure goods traceability and compliance with established processes. Working Conditions: * Salary: $1.750.905 + Transportation allowance: $249.095 + Fixed mobility allowance: $584.518 Approximate monthly income: $2.584.518 * Project-based or service contract with all statutory benefits. * Rotating shifts Sunday to Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with one compensatory rest day.
