**Senior Technical Project Manager**
====================================
### **Build technology with real impact at Fracttal.**
At **Fracttal**, we develop technology that transforms how companies manage maintenance and assets. We help organizations worldwide operate more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
From Spain, alongside our teams in **Chile, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico**, we build a technological platform that directly impacts the daily work of operational, technical, and business leadership teams.
If you are motivated by working on products with real impact and solving complex challenges, this could be your next step.
### **Purpose of the Role:**
* You will be responsible for ensuring that assigned strategic and Enterprise implementations achieve their objectives regarding scope, timeline, quality, adoption, and customer satisfaction with the Fracttal platform in Colombia and other assigned markets. You will translate commercial and functional commitments into an executable and verifiable plan, coordinating customers, third parties, and internal teams with the necessary depth to govern complex configurations and integrations.
### **Your Mission:**
* End-to-end project governance: Build and maintain the master plan, baseline, Gantt chart, critical path, milestones, capacity, budget (where applicable), and monitoring cadence.
* Executive-level stakeholder engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client; lead steering committees, present status and scenarios, manage expectations, and secure timely decisions.
* Cross-functional coordination: Orchestrate Activation, Integrations/HUB, Product, Development, QA, Support, Customer Success, and corporate functions—without hierarchical authority.
* Risks and dependencies: Maintain a RAID log; identify early warning signs, quantify impact, assign owners and deadlines, activate mitigations, and escalate with proposals.
* Scope and change management: Protect the baseline and formally document the impact of change requests on effort, timelines, architecture, quality, and value.
* Technical-functional governance: Understand processes, data, APIs, authentication, SSO, and integration flows; facilitate definitions and challenge assumptions without replacing subject-matter experts.
* Quality and deployment: Agree upon entry/exit criteria for SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, rollback, hypercare, acceptance, and transition to support.
* Documentation: Maintain a single, up-to-date, versioned, and auditable repository containing decisions, meeting minutes, matrices, designs, evidence, manuals, and lessons learned.
* Scalability: Convert learnings into standards and templates for future Enterprise implementations; provide informal mentorship to consultants.
### **What We Look For In You:**
* Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
* 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading implementations.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex end-to-end projects: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, stabilization, and closure.
* Direct experience with corporate clients, executive committees, critical situations, scope changes, and priority negotiations.
* Preferred experience in SaaS, EAM/CMMS, maintenance, assets, ERP, or supply chain.
* English B2 or higher for documentation and regional/global coordination; advanced or native Spanish.
* Predictive, agile, and hybrid project management; planning, estimation, critical path analysis, change control, RAID tracking, and forecasting.
* Functional understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, file/batch processing, middleware, data mapping and reconciliation, error handling, environments, and traceability.
* SIT/UAT, defect management, acceptance criteria, cutover, rollback, hypercare, and transition to support.
* Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet or equivalents; spreadsheets and executive presentations.
### **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Desired certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum/SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent; training in integration, SAP, or enterprise architecture is valued.
### **What You’ll Find at Fracttal:**
At Fracttal, we care about people through:
* **Autonomy and flexibility**, rooted in trust and responsibility, enabling you to manage your time and work with professional judgment.
* **Integrated well-being in daily life**, with benefits supporting your physical, emotional, and personal health.
