Appian Developer An Appian Developer is required to join a process automation team, aiming to support the development and maintenance of applications on the Appian platform. This role will strengthen the team’s operational capability, enable handling of medium- or high-complexity tasks, and advance internal talent training. Responsibilities: \- Support development of processes in Appian: business rules, expressions, basic interfaces, and forms. \- Perform simple adjustments to existing components as instructed by the technical team. \- Execute basic functional tests and validate acceptance criteria with support from the team. \- Document developed components. \- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, refinements, retrospectives). \- Receive continuous training to progress toward greater technical autonomy. Required Skills: \- Advanced knowledge of the Appian platform (processes, interfaces, expressions). \- Ability to follow development best practices defined by the CoE. \- Advanced knowledge of logical development or structured programming. \- Basic proficiency with tools such as Postman and simple SQL queries. \- Learning attitude, collaborative mindset, and attention to detail. \- Desired: Knowledge of agile methodologies. ⸻ Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Completion of Appian-related studies (or willingness to obtain certification). \- Prior experience in Appian development. \- Basic technical English proficiency (reading). \- Interest in developing as an Appian specialist.
