Job Summary: Design, build, and maintain data integration and modeling processes on the Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem, ensuring availability and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Delivered through three service models: * **BPT Managed POD:** BPT manages scope, quality, and technical capacity of the solution according to the Journey jointly defined with each client. * **Customer Managed POD (Staff Augmentation):** The client integrates specialized BPT talent into their team and assumes management responsibilities, aligned with each business’s specific needs. * **Support and Maintenance POD:** BPT provides a dedicated team with fixed capacity to handle incidents, events, and minor enhancements, based on capacity estimation and incident/event management. **Job Mission** Design, build, and maintain data integration and modeling processes on the Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem, ensuring information availability, quality, and reliability—supporting our clients’ dashboards and analytical models—and enabling accurate and timely business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop data integration processes using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Synapse components. * Design, build, and maintain Data Warehouses and Data Lakes. * Administer and monitor data integration tools, primarily Data Factory in Fabric. * Develop distributed processing using PySpark, optimizing performance and cost for large-scale data volumes. * Design and model reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring semantic model consistency. * Execute and validate deployment testing across different environments following DevOps practices. * Document workflows, models, and developments, ensuring compliance with BPT-defined technical and quality standards. * Collaborate with functional teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions. **Requirements** *Education* * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. *Experience* * 3–4 years of experience in data engineering projects, with focus on integration and modeling. * Proven experience in Azure (required) and Data Factory with Fabric capabilities. * Experience designing Data Warehouses and Data Lakes. * Experience in data visualization and modeling in Power BI. * Proficiency in SQL and Python. * Proficiency in PySpark in distributed environments. * Experience in testing and deployments across multiple environments (DevOps). *Desirable* * Experience with Databricks or Synapse. * Microsoft Fabric certifications. * Data analytics certifications. *Competencies* * Teamwork, assertive communication, and problem-solving skills. * Autonomy and organizational skills for remote work.
